Explore the New O’Neil Site and Our Family of Companies

Most conference experiences are easy to forget. You pick something up, exchange a quick hello, and move on. For Chipp Con, the goal was different. The team wanted to create a moment people would actually remember. Something simple, intuitive, and genuinely engaging.

Instead of another tote bag or notebook, we worked together to design an experience that blended physical and digital interaction. Each attendee received a custom phone stand with a small NFC chip built directly into it. With one tap of their phone, the experience came to life.

No apps to download. No setup to repeat. No friction. Just place your phone down and step into an AI-powered interaction designed to start a conversation, not just share information.

Behind the scenes, this project fully activated the O’Neil platform. The experience concept and creative direction were developed with Rule29. O’Neil Printing brought the physical execution to life through production, finishing, and quality control. Printing Solutions supported kitting, fulfillment, and the practical details that made the experience seamless for attendees.

All of it was connected by NFC technology and powered by Chipp’s AI. Different teams, different strengths, working as one system. No handoffs. No gaps. Just a unified experience.

“O’Neil didn’t just help us produce something. They helped us imagine it. The idea came together quickly, the execution was flawless, and people absolutely loved it. We kept hearing how different and memorable the experience felt.”

The result was a hands-free, brand-native experience that felt natural, human, and memorable. Attendees didn’t just walk away with something. They walked away having engaged, explored, and connected. The future of engagement isn’t louder or flashier. It’s smarter, more thoughtful, and built to be remembered.

Curious how physical touchpoints and AI can work together?

Let’s explore what that could look like for your next experience.
