The PGA TOUR Vault is a groundbreaking, oversized coffee table book created to honor the rich history, iconic players, and defining moments of the PGA TOUR. Spanning 522 pages, the project demanded precision, coordination, and strict brand and color management.
O’Neil partnered with Vault Media Group and BindTech to manage the complex printing and production process. Despite global supply chain disruptions, large-format production constraints, and uncompromising quality expectations, the collaboration resulted in an award-winning publication that now serves as a benchmark for high-end publishing.

With approval and support of the PGA TOUR, Vault Media Group set out to create a definitive book capturing professional golf through immersive storytelling and extraordinary visuals. O’Neil was selected as the print and production partner responsible for executing the vision with accuracy and consistency.

The Marquee edition’s size created challenges in printing, binding, handling, and logistics due to scale and weight.
With more than 1,500 high-resolution images across 522 pages, consistent image reproduction required tight color control and multiple press checks.
O’Neil worked closely with Vault Media Group and BindTech to solve production challenges with disciplined planning and collaboration. The team approached the project holistically, balancing material availability, press efficiency, and brand integrity without compromising quality.
On the O’Neil Platform, publications work is supported by connected production planning, proofing rigor, and partner coordination so quality holds up across every copy and both editions.
O’Neil optimized sheet usage to maximize available Sappi Opus paper, allowing production to move forward despite material constraints. Advanced printing techniques supported the oversized Marquee edition, while strict color controls helped ensure consistency across all copies.
Specialty UV coatings enhanced visual and tactile experiences, including a custom treatment applied to sand trap imagery. Fold-out pages were incorporated to showcase landscapes and key moments at full scale. Working with BindTech, O’Neil ensured binding delivered durability and a premium, collectible feel.
