Digital print technology continues to evolve at a fast pace. O’Neil utilizes new innovations in order to meet increased customer demands for lightning fast, dependable solutions, thus creating the most value for our clients. When it comes to digital printing, we make sure your options are always expanding.
Our newly installed KM1 LE-UV 4-color press is the largest size digital press currently available in the marketplace, and not only equals the quality of offset printing, but delivers on our capacity to print higher value campaigns, whether they are static, versioned or highly personalized. Because of its large 23 x 29” size it is able to print formats that were difficult or impossible until just recently on a digital press. Pocket folders, posters and 3 panel brochures are now all possible with JIT scheduling. Like on the Heidelberg offset press, this digital press employs UV printing technology, allowing us to print on difficult substrates like foil, plastic and synthetic papers.
