Highly experienced technicians, three state-of-the-art offset presses, and unsurpassed attention to detail guarantees a winning combination every time, for every client, on every job.
We operate a newly installed Heidelberg Speedmaster CX 102 LE-UV 6-color offset press, equipped with in-line UV or Aqueous coating. This super-efficient press prints at 16,500 sheets per hour in 28 x 40” size, with UV cured inks completely eliminating the need for downtime, as printed sheets are immediately ready for post-press processing. Thanks to the UV printing technology, we can print on difficult substrates like foil, plastic and synthetic papers and a variety of amazing finish options are available employing the UV inline coating unit.
Print Quality and Color Consistency You Can Count On
Because we manage all of our output to G7 qualification standards, we can ensure that your project’s color consistency is maintained across all of our print platforms. In fact, color is so important to us that O’Neil invested in the latest UV printing technologies with recent acquisitions of our Heidelberg CX102 6 color offset press and Konica Minolta KM1 inkjet UV press. This UV technology eliminates all drying time which helps us turn around your projects quicker and also eliminates all dry back related color issues that are inherent in older conventional technologies. All of our printing presses utilize this UV technology which provides our clients with a more vibrant color holdout on all types of stocks and are standardized to each other allowing for cross platform color consistency. The Heidelberg 102 CX has full UV flood capabilities and Aqueous coating in line. We also have the capability to do spot UV effects in line. The on-board technology on the CX102 constantly monitors color with the use of in press color control, the press monitors color every 17 sheets and helps us assure color consistency throughout your press run.
