Maricopa Community College District

Maricopa Community College District supports ten community colleges, each with its own identity, programs, and strengths. The challenge was finding a way to tell that collective story clearly and memorably to high school counselors across the region. They came to O’Neil looking for something more than a brochure. They wanted a dynamic, tangible piece that could represent the full district while still feeling thoughtful, organized, and easy to engage with.

Together, we created a custom outreach kit designed to be opened, explored, and remembered. The experience included a custom box with tray liner, a look book, rack brochures, an information sheet, a thank-you card, and branded stickers. Promotional items like tumblers, pennants, and pens were included to add usefulness and longevity to the message. Everything was carefully assembled, kitted, shrink-wrapped, labeled, and mailed, making it simple for the MCCD team to reach counselors at scale without added complexity.
