Dean Toth

Dean Toth is a seasoned printing industry leader with more than 40 years of experience and a strong commitment to operational excellence. He has spent over 35 years at O’Neil Printing, serving in a range of operations-focused roles where he has built high-performing teams, strengthened workflows, and implemented technology to improve efficiency and drive sustainable growth.

Dean currently serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and is a member of both the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors. His leadership reflects a steady focus on accountability, collaboration, and long-term performance.

At heart, Dean is a servant leader who takes pride in helping clients, teammates, and the company succeed. He is grateful for the opportunities he has been given and for the mentors who have shaped his career.

Outside of work, Dean is a devoted husband and father of two, and a proud grandfather. He enjoys music, golf, dining out, and travel.
