Jenilee Molitor

We like to say, Jenilee is a perfect accounting stereotype with her passion for crunching numbers and exuberance over an excel spreadsheet. Jenilee joined our company in 2014 as an accounting assistant. Her dedication, creativity, and strategic thinking propelled her to successive promotions, ultimately leading her to occupy a prominent leadership role within the organization. Today she oversees both our Finance and Human Resources teams. As a respected O’Neil team member, she consistently demonstrates her ability to navigate complex business landscapes and guide her colleagues towards achieving outstanding results.

Jenilee has always harbored a deep passion for learning and personal growth. Her curiosity most recently led her to embark on a transformative journey at Western Governors University, where she earned her Master of Science, Accounting degree. See, we told you she really likes accounting!

Outside of the office, she finds inspiration in spending quality time with her loving family. Married to her supportive husband, she is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters. One of her favorite family activities is exploring the scenic beauty of Northern Arizona, where they enjoy adventurous hikes, immersing themselves in nature, and creating cherished memories together.
