Tips to Keep in Mind Before You Print Your Booklet

There are several ways to represent your company. Business cards, brochures and your online presence are all important aspects of your business. When you want to take your business to the next level, you start thinking of the bigger picture. How can you make your company stand out?

Booklets are a great tool to show off your brand to your customers, company or investors. We have printed thousands upon thousands of booklets, and they are all done differently. Each business has its own theme or personality represented, and the creative possibilities are endless.

When designing and printing your booklet, here are four tips to consider:

Let’s start with the cover. Although the saying goes, “Never judge a book by it’s cover,” you should not neglect the design of your cover for your booklet. A booklet is meant to be short and sweet. The cover should be inviting and professional. It should represent your brand properly and not be confusing for readers.

Our next tip is to be intentional about the content in your booklet. It’s important to be informative in the booklet, but don’t over communicate by adding too much content. Readers will begin to skip over content if they become overwhelmed. Remember this is a booklet, not a book!

Throughout the design of your booklet, your brand should be conveyed from start to finish. It shouldn’t be too different from your other branding materials, so it will all look cohesive together.
