A Story of Dignity and Hope
In 2012, Rule29 and Wonderkind Studios visited Rumbek, South Sudan, a city in our world’s newest country. At the end of this trip to Africa, and through the help of some generous donors, we were able to print a fundraising and awareness book to tell the stories of the amazing people there. Beautiful photography, combined with facts and statistics, illustrates that we as a society can help evolve the harsh realities of their world. This is not an in-depth look at South Sudan, but an introduction to the beauty, the people, the struggle, and most of all the HOPE that can be witnessed there.
This project was in collaboration with Life In Abundance, an organization helping to empower those who need it most, this project is just a small look at the beauty of this region.
Vivid imagery, bold use of color, and intricate design elements help tell the story of South Sudan’s rich culture and beautiful people.
