Let’s Talk Brand Refresh: “Made To Impress”
As you may have noticed, the O’Neil Printing website recently underwent a bit of a facelift. This updated web experience and brand refresh is part of a larger effort to better clarify who O’Neil is as an organization, and what that means for our clients. Specifically, we’ve been working to evolve what our brand means to both our internal team and our external audience.
When considering how branding influences an organization, the best place to start is to make sure we have a clear understanding of how a brand is defined. Incidentally, a brand is not a logo, tagline, or website. As Justin Ahrens of Rule29 Creative puts it, “a brand has to do with the story people experience and feel when they interact with you.” Sure, things like logos, websites, and taglines help distinguish your brand from the competition and contribute to that story, but it’s the person’s visceral reaction to working with you, your product, and processes that truly differentiate a brand.
At O’Neil we’ve spent considerable time over the few years understanding our customer experience and how that influences our brand. We are grateful to have longtime client relationships and we are pushing the envelope to develop new relationships with other marketers and creatives, but what is it at O’Neil that keeps clients coming back for more?
