Walking into VIBE Conference, we knew one thing for sure: brands in the food, beverage, and hospitality space need more than just print—they need the right mix of strategy, creativity, and execution to truly stand out. So we set out to show exactly how O’Neil delivers just that.

And we didn’t just show up—we made an impact.

A Multi-Touchpoint Campaign That Delivered

Our presence at VIBE wasn’t just about having a booth; it was about creating a seamless brand experience from pre-event engagement to post-show follow-up.

It all started with a pre-show direct mail piece—a teaser that got attendees thinking about the perfect blend and why they should visit us. That was followed by targeted email reminders, keeping O’Neil top of mind as attendees planned their time at the event.

Once we were deep into our booth development, we received news that we needed to pivot our setup at the last minute. Instead of letting that slow us down, we turned it into an opportunity to create an even more engaging and interactive experience. We designed pop-up banners that invited attendees into the conversation and developed a custom acrylic display with a QR code directing them to our landing page. These adjustments ensured that every interaction was intentional, drawing attendees in and creating multiple touchpoints to connect.

Of course, no event activation is complete without an incentive, and our iPad giveaway kept people coming back and talking about us long after they left our space.

What We Learned from VIBE

Being on the floor, talking to brands, and experiencing the energy firsthand gave us valuable insights into where the industry is headed. Here are some of the biggest takeaways:

• RTD (Ready-to-Drink), aluminum packaging, and limited-time offers (LTOs) are shaping the market

• Brand activation is everything—people want an experience, not just a product

• Strategic storytelling matters, but keep it short—you have five minutes to make an impact
